Tips for using the Bristle Scrumbler brush:

*Use dry for soft blendings
*Use wet for "smooshing" colors together
*Use as a mop for blending
*Use to create dense fur, foliage, or clouds by pouncing

To create "rouge" or dry rubbed effect:     

*Dip into paint
*Wipe off brush firmly with paper towel  
*Rub on surface.
